Here's where all the plot pages can be found for the characters that run around the site. Please don't post up those long lists of titles and song lyrics. Just write what you want or don't want in a relationship.

Santa Croce occupies the northwest part of the main islands. The district includes the bus station and car parks, (which is the only area of the city in which cars can travel). It's not visited much by tourists. It's a quiet part of the city with many hidden squares where Venetian couples roam. Off-the-beaten track you'll find numerous fine restaurants and trattoria's hidden away. It's a delightful area to take an evening stroll. In the evening hours, it gives the sense of being totally deserted, until you come across a lively square where the sounds of conversations and music from strolling musicians fill the night air.

Cannaregio is one of the six historic districts of Venice. It includes all areas to the north of the Grand Canal. Cannaregio is a very comfortable district. It has a warm feel in the neighborhoods, a friendly atmosphere and is filled with artisan shops, clothing and specialty stores.

Castello is the largest of the six sestieri of Venice and the one that lies most to the east. The district became divided between the Arsenale, and the monasteries in the north of the quarter. It was later altered by Napoleon, who planned what are now the Bienniale Gardens, and still more recently the island of Sant'Elena has been created, and land drained at other extremities of the quarter. It’s a really quiet place, quite eerie and mysterious too sometimes, but it’s a good break from the rest of the busy city.

San Marco lies in the heart of the city. The small district includes many of Venice's most famous sights, including St Mark's Square, Saint Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace, and much more. The area is densely built and was the location of Venice's government. It is now heavily visited by tourists and is home to many hotels, banks and expensive shops., This popular district also includes the island of San Giorgio Maggiore.

San Polo is the smallest of the six sestieri of Venice along the Grand Canal. The district has been the place of Venice's main market. The western part of the quarter is known for its churches, while the eastern part, sometimes just called the Rialto, is known for its palaces and smaller homes.

The alleyways run through the city no matter where you are. They are twisting, winding and perplexing. Watch out if you’re in them at night. The tide does rise and if you’re not at a high level, well, let’s hope you don’t go wandering around that late. It gets very dark, even during the day, but it’s always an intimidating place to walk through. Even the local Venetians get lost.

Dorsoduro includes the highest land areas of the city. Its name derives from the Italian for "hard ridge", due to its comparatively high and stable land. The area around here is a very nice place to live. It’s quiet and peaceful, but close enough to the main city and attractions. Dosoduro has an attractive charm to it, with elegance and class. There’s a long, wide walkway along the canal that entrances many to laze an entire afternoon around in.

The Giudecca is an island in the Venetian Lagoon lying suddenly south of the main islands. It is now regarded as an exclusive area in which to live and flourishes in wonderfully preserved gardens. Walking down the Giudecca canal, boat traffic all around imitates the traffic cars have to deal with on city streets. However, just as you turn to one of the side streets, you come to quiet canals, bridges, boats, and peace. A suburb in its own way, the modern houses that line up are rather uniformly. The upper class mostly live here, or at least those with more than enough money to support oneself.

Lido is the beach of Venice. Home to many Italians during the warm summer, the island is home to three areas. Around 5 p.m. the atmosphere is decidedly local as professionally dressed Lido residents rush back home from work across the lagoon. Many of the local bars and eateries have that "where everybody knows your name" family feel. Residents embrace, chat enthusiastically and watch each other's children. The Adriatic Sea is fairly clean and warm, ideal for children, with only the occasional jellyfish to disturb swimming. The heart of the island is the Gran Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta, a wide street long that leads from the lagoon on one side to the sea on the other. It houses hotels, shops, and tourist-centric restaurants.

So we needed a place to settle affairs in, if our characters were not in Venice anymore. Free to our choice, a place that could be anywhere and everywhere, whenever we want! You could be in Germany, or Japan, England or the States. Anywhere your character could possibly be, you can role-play it in here.
In adjacent to this free area, you can also play out any past history of your character in here as well. Read the sub-board for a clearer understanding. Have fun!

For special events taking place publicly around the site, here's the place for it. From Halloween to Christmas, to music festivals and the circus, of course our first large event for blissfully ignorant has to be what everyone’s been talking about, Soraya & Talon’s wedding!! All threads will take place here when the event opens up on that special day. Make the guest list if you want to participate!
